Digilabs provides web development, design, and digital agency services. All services are provided as described in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

Payment terms for services are specified in individual project agreements. Fees are non-refundable unless the project agreement says otherwise or the law requires a refund. We may change our pricing for future work with notice; agreed prices for signed projects do not change.

To the extent permitted by law, Digilabs is not liable for indirect damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Belgian or European Union law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and consumers keep their mandatory statutory rights.

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision, and the version published here when you use the website applies.
